Cozy and modern apartment a few steps from the historic center of Barzio and just 5 minutes by car from the Piani Di Bobbio! 

Totally SMART: composed of entrance, eat-in kitchen equipped with all appliances (dishwasher, oven, microwave, plate, coffee and tea maker) and complete with dishes and crockery, large and panoramic dining room with fireplace (table and chairs in mountain style), a bathroom with shower and washing machine and there is also a hair dryer, a bedroom with two single beds and a double bedroom (There is also a high chair and a baby bed). The large balcony with a view is beautiful, where you can appreciate the historic center and the wonderful mountains that surround Barzio, like "La Grigna"

It also has air conditioning, flat screen SMART TV and double sofa bed.

Our delightful apartment is located on the third floor of a low building whose stairs are not at all difficult, unfortunately the elevator is not available.

In the bathroom  you will find shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.

In the living room you will find coffee and tea.

In the kitchen you will find water, an alcoholic and a non-alcoholic drink.

You will also find towels in each room and sheets, blankets and pillows for each guest.

Nearby there are services of all kinds!

Available for short and long periods! This cottage is perfect for a weekend away or for a week or a month, its excellent location allows you to reach the Piani di Bobbio (for skiing or hiking) in just 5 minutes by car or 20 minutes on foot! ! There are also excellent trails directly from Barzio center to reach precious landscapes like Lecco & Como Lakes!!
